Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC)
WHINSEC courses are listed on this site in considerable detail. Resident courses range from three to 47 weeks. The standards, doctrine, and content for each course are provided by the responsible U.S. proponent agency. Most of the resident courses have been evaluated by the American Council on Education for their academic value to students enrolled in civilian degree programs. All were assigned credit values at the baccalaureate level, with two courses valued at the graduate level.
For information on any academic matters, please contact the Director of Operations at (706) 545-9249 or (706) 545-1899.
