Mission
The WHINSEC Registrar’s mission is to maintain academic records for all Resident and Non-Resident WHINSEC students. The Registrar maintains official academic records and provides transcript services. Duplicate diplomas will be provided upon request. To guide the administration of academic investigations and the processing of academic records and reports.

If a duplicate diploma is requested, we need the course title and dates you attended our institute to verify your data in our database.

How should I address my request?
Ensure a numbered street address, building number, or P.O. Box as part of the university address. We will not process a request without a physical address. Our mailroom has an automated reader that must see a number next to the last line of the mailing address, or it kicks it back to us. It is also beneficial to include the counselor’s name you have been working with on the first line of the address.
Will the University accept a transcript from me?
Unless the university has specifically requested transcripts to be mailed directly to the student, transcripts will be mailed directly to the university or business requesting the transcript. Suppose the university requests we mail the transcript directly to you. In that case, the envelope will be embossed and signed across the seal. The sealed envelope then must be hand-carried to the receiving destinations to open (to maintain official status).
Can I request a copy of my transcript for my personal records?
A request may be submitted to our Registrar in the comments box on the request form.
