Battle Forge Exercise

FORT BENNING, GA – WHINSEC’s MCCC students put into practice the knowledge acquired on Troop Leading Procedures and creation of Operations Orders (OPORD) during the first week in June.

The students presented their individual plan for their Company level culmination exercise, called Battle Forge. Three CCC instructors evaluated the Captain’s proposal delivery and products as part of their OPORD presentation.

WHINSEC honors the accomplishments of 38 students

FORT BENNING, GA – On April 22, thirty-eight representatives from the countries of Colombia, Costa Rica and Panamá were presented their respective diplomas here at WHINSEC.

The students completed one of the following courses: the Joint Disaster Response Techniques (JDRT); the Operational Tactics for Hemispheric Security (OTHS); the Inter Agency Crisis Action Planning (IACAP). The courses varied in length from five weeks to nine weeks in length. All three courses are geared towards public safety and post-crisis management and assistance.

In Support of Troops and Family

FORT BENNING, GA – In accordance with WHINSEC’s Line of Effort #3 – “Take care of our Soldiers, civilians and families,” the Institute celebrated a variation of the traditional Easter Egg Hunt on March 24.
